Listen to this deep hypnosis audio just before bed to promote lucid dreams. It is best to listen with headphones.
The whole recording is less than 10 minutes, so is really easy to add into your routine. Make sure you are ready for bed and comfortable before you begin as you may fall asleep. This is perfectly OK and will still work.
The more times you listen to the audio the better, so listen to it every night you intend to lucid dream. Let me know how you get on!

DownloadWhat is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural healing therapy. It produces a relaxed state of mind which is generally created through focused attention, suggestion, imagery and lack of critical conscious thought. It is essentially just a guided daydream in which ideas are suggested into your subconscious.
Is there anything to be worried about?
No. Hypnosis is perfectly safe. In fact each and every day we all naturally slip in and out of the hypnotic state for example when you are daydreaming or caught up in a TV programme. Hypnosis has been practised for centuries and there is absolutely nothing to be fearful or concerned about.
Are you asleep during hypnosis?
No, in a hypnotic state your mind is still aware. You are somewhere on the brink of sleep, closer to how you are when day dreaming.
Will I lose my sense of will?
No - this is a myth which evolved from stage shows, TV, films etc. In reality, nobody can be made to do something against their will.
Will I become unconscious?
No - you are still aware when in the hypnotic state, in fact you are even more aware than normal. If an emergency arose you can come straight out of trance.
Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No - no one has ever got stuck - it is just a state of relaxation. If you were to fall asleep during a session you would just awaken later, as normal.
